💛 PaperLooms Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your PaperLooms purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for any reason.
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you have any issues, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
⚠️ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

- 🔢 Your order number
- 📸 A photo of the damaged or incorrect item
- 📦 A photo of the packaging it arrived in
We will assess the issue and provide instructions for a replacement or refund.
🔄 General Returns (Change of Mind)
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any other reason, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.
✅ Eligibility Requirements:
- Item must be unused, unwritten in, with original tags/seals intact
- Must be in original packaging
- Must have receipt or proof of purchase
📋 Return Process
Step 1: Contact Us First Email us at info@paperlooms.com to request a return. We will provide:
- Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
- Detailed shipping instructions
⚠️ Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Step 2: Ship the Item Once authorized, ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service and email your tracking number to info@paperlooms.com.
🚨 Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
💰 Refunds
Processing Timeline:
- ✔️ We inspect returns upon receipt
- "✔️ Approved refunds will be processed within 7-15 business days and returned to your original payment method"
- ✔️ Refund issued to your original payment method
⚠️ Please Note:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Allow additional time for your bank to process the refund

🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- 🎁 Gift cards
- ✏️ Special orders or personalized items
- ❌ Items damaged by customer misuse or improper handling
- 📦 Items not in original condition (missing parts, altered, etc.)
🔁 Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please follow the process outlined in the "Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items" section above.
