💛 PaperLooms Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your PaperLooms purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for any reason.

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you have any issues, contact us immediately so we can make it right.


⚠️ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

📧 Email us at info@paperlooms.com with:

  • 🔢 Your order number
  • 📸 A photo of the damaged or incorrect item
  • 📦 A photo of the packaging it arrived in

We will assess the issue and provide instructions for a replacement or refund.


🔄 General Returns (Change of Mind)

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any other reason, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

✅ Eligibility Requirements:

  • Item must be unused, unwritten in, with original tags/seals intact
  • Must be in original packaging
  • Must have receipt or proof of purchase

📋 Return Process

Step 1: Contact Us First Email us at info@paperlooms.com to request a return. We will provide:

  • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
  • Detailed shipping instructions

⚠️ Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Step 2: Ship the Item Once authorized, ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service and email your tracking number to info@paperlooms.com.

🚨 Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.


💰 Refunds

Processing Timeline:

  • ✔️ We inspect returns upon receipt
  • "✔️ Approved refunds will be processed within 7-15 business days and returned to your original payment method"
  • ✔️ Refund issued to your original payment method

⚠️ Please Note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Allow additional time for your bank to process the refund

Missing Refund?

  1. Check your bank account first
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank
  3. If still unresolved, contact us at info@paperlooms.com

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • 🎁 Gift cards
  • ✏️ Special orders or personalized items
  • ❌ Items damaged by customer misuse or improper handling
  • 📦 Items not in original condition (missing parts, altered, etc.)

🔁 Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please follow the process outlined in the "Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items" section above.
